Unfortunately accidents do happen and mistakes do get made but at T2BClean we do aim to keep these to a less than a minimum occurrence and should this happen we would like to resolve these problems with little fuss and in a professional manor, here are some guidelines letting you know what we will be responsible for and not responsible for,

Window cleaning

We will

  • Clean all windows, sills and frames agreed with the customer in a safe and professional manor.
  • Pay for any damages to property due to negligent behaviour.
  • Inform you of when, where and how we plan to undertake any work carried out on your property.
  • Notify you of any dangers and risk involved in any work being carried out on your property.

We will not

  • Clean windows that are unsafe to reach.
  • Clean window above any vehicle or caravan.
  • Be responsible for any discolouring to U.P.V.c
  • Be responsible for any damage to paint work on wooden or metal painted frames maintained or poorly maintained windows and doors.
  • In the event of side access gates not being left open be responsible for damage that may be caused in the event of gaining access to carry out works on your property
  • Be responsible for damage to loose or blown render or brickwork.
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to windows and doors with loose fixings, lead, leadlights and or cracked or chiped glass

Soffits facia’s and guttering

We will

  • Clean all Soffits, facias and guttering agreed with the customer in a safe and professional manor.
  • Pay for any damages to property due to negligent behaviour.
  • Inform you of when, where and how we plan to undertake any work carried out on your property.
  • Notify you of any dangers and risk involved in any work being carried out on your property.

We will not

  • Clean Soffits, facias and guttering that are unsafe to reach.
  • Clean Soffits, facia’s and guttering above any vehicle or caravan.
  • Be responsible for any discolouring to U.P.V.c
  • Be responsible for any damage to paint work on wooden or metal painted Soffits, facia’s and guttering maintained or poorly maintained
  • In the event of side access gates not being left open be responsible for damage that may be caused in the event of gaining access to carry out works on your property
  • Be responsible for damage to loose or blown render or brickwork.
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to Soffits, facia’s and guttering with loose fixings.

Conservatories

We will

  • Inform you of when, where and how we plan to undertake any work carried out on your property.
  • Notify you of any dangers and risk involved in any work being carried out on your property.

We will not

  • Clean conservatories that are unsafe to reach.
  • Clean conservatories above any vehicle or caravan.
  • Be responsible for any discolouring to U.P.V.c
  • Be responsible for any damage to paint work on wooden or metal painted conservatories maintained or poorly maintained
  • In the event of side access gates not being left open be responsible for damage that may be caused in the event of gaining access to carry out works on your property
  • Be responsible for damage to loose or blown render or brickwork.
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to conservatories with loose fixings, lead, leadlights and or cracked or chiped glass

Patio’s and driveways

We will

  • Clean all patio’s paths or driveways, agreed with the customer in a safe and professional manor.
  • Pay for any damages to property due to negligent behaviour.
  • Inform you of when, where and how we plan to undertake any work carried out on your property.
  • Notify you of any dangers and risk involved in any work being carried out on your property.

We will not

  • In the event of side access gates not being left open be responsible for damage that may be caused in the event of gaining access to carry out works on your property
  • Be responsible for damage to loose or blown render pointing lines or brickwork.
  • Any flooding to garden or property due to bad drainage.

Vehicle cleaning

We will

  • Clean all vehicles agreed with the customer in a safe and professional manor.
  • Pay for any damages to vehicles due to negligent behaviour.
  • Inform you of when, where and how we plan to undertake any work carried out on your property.
  • Notify you of any dangers and risk involved in any work being carried out on your vehicle.

We will not

  • Be responsible for any damage to loose paint work, maintained or poorly maintained
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles with loose fixings trims or anything else due to poor maintenance.
  • Matting of polish due to vehicle being super guarded or any other form of protective coating whether or not you the customer is aware of the above or not
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to engine after cleaning this is done at owners own risk.
  • Be responsible for damaged caused to chipped and or crack glass.

Your obligations as a customer are,

  • Keeping areas around the work area are kept clear and free from dangers and obstruction,
  • Informing us of any dangers unknown to us,
  • Informing us of any changes or cancelations with at least 7 days notice
  • Remove any vehicles below or in close vicinity of areas of work
  • Make payments within 7 days of completion of any work carried out on your property
  • And supply at least one cup tea per year “got your attention”
